MOVEMENT DYNAMICS

  • Zifus attended the training in Colombia, and realised the need for TWNAF in Saint Lucia.
  • He is the only trainer in the country currently, but is planning on building a team of trainers over the course of 2017.
  • The goal is for two teams; one for the south and one for the north of the island.
  • The first fatherhood networks have been developed in churches, cell groups and men’s ministry activities.
  • They intend to partner with TWNAF on the other Caribbean islands, as well as the churches, schools, advocacy groups and the government Ministry of Equity, Social Justice and Empowerment on Saint Lucia.
  • The vision is to have 36 trainers by 2017, training 360 fathers.

CONTACT PERSON

Zifus James
Zifus James

Zifus James is husband, father, pastor and educational leader, with a passion for training leaders, national development and community transformation. After participating in the TWNAF training held in Colombia in 2016, he returned to St. Lucia with a desire to be a better father and vision to train men in St. Lucia in fathering. He sees a strong connection between mentoring, an area in which he serves as a consultant, and the training on fatherhood.
